Return & Refund Policy (UK)

Change-of-Mind Returns We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept returns of opened items unless the product is faulty. Any item returned with missing, damaged, or removed labels or tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Return Postage All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be sent using a tracked delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return You must contact us by email before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Faulty Items All items are inspected before dispatch. If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 4 working days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs of the fault. We will review each case individually and respond within 3 business days. Please note that damage resulting from rough handling, misuse, or use beyond the product's intended purpose is not covered under this policy. Our products are designed for sensory play and normal everyday use.

Your Statutory Rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you receive a faulty item, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the conditions above.
